Take 5 minutes during the day, maybe first thing in the morning, to start a spiritual practice. This could be kneeling beside your bed to pray, going outside and watching the rising sun, meditating, or doing a quick yoga practice.
When you are done with that, write down a few sentences about what came up for you and how you felt.
